It???s the night of the Big Dance, and Skinny has some serious moves ready to go. Shame we???ll never get to see them; Skinny practices so hard that he renders himself unconscious.

Lamput faints of thirst on a desert highway, so already it???s not a great day for the little orange shape-shifter. Add to that the fact that Specs and Skinny just happen by in a lockup van, and things go south pretty promptly. Specs and Skinny learn a valuable lesson: maybe if you???re going to anger a morphing super-blob by throwing them in the back of a van and withholding precious water, you shouldn???t do it whilst driving by a 100 foot cliff drop down to the open ocean. Hopefully these Docs are better swimmers than your average academic.

Specs and the jewel thief have a lot in common. They are both round and blue. Also they both like accelerating into blind corners.

The premiere event on the fashion calendar is about to begin!! The Docs chase Lamput in through the stage door and bring the tone way down. Before you know it everyone???s embarked upon a short and exceedingly painful catwalk career. This season???s colour: orange. The Docs try their hand at lighting design. They suck at that, too. The blue nerds get ejected hard by venue security, and Lamput becomes the hit look of the show. So versatile! So changeable! One size fits all!

The orange blob is down at the Museum, nerding out about ancient Egypt, when the Docs show up and ruin Lamput???s day. Darn science geeks. No respect for culture.
