Scooby Doo runs into an old kennel mate from the rescue shelter Axel who is now a state-of-the???art highly trained K-9 police dog. Axel???s patronizing attitude towards Scooby makes him and Shaggy determined to be the ones who solve the mystery of the Trash Monster that???s been attacking locals at the garbage dump.
